Guide me in Paris

Debauve & Gallais is the oldest chocolate makers in Paris, founded in 1800 it was the official supplier to the kings of France. The address is 30 rue Saint Pères 75007 (Metro Rue du Bac or St Germain des Prés) . You will find some great selections of chocs here, my favourite is the coffee flavoured ganache.
